You Are Under Arrest

When we hear the word "arrest" our thoughts may immediately image police and crime. The police represents authority.  It's their responsibility to handcuff and lock "criminals" away. Websters Dictionary definition of arrest is to seize or take to jail on a charge of breaking the law. No one is exempted from being arrested.
It is evident in scriptures servants of God were arrested. The religious folks arrested the saved folks. What crime were they accused of committing? They were accused of preaching and teaching about Jesus Christ. These servants applied the Word of God to their lives while the religious folks had a form of godliness and denied the power.  Peter was arrested and Prayer unlocked the doors. Paul and Silas were locked up and Praise unlocked the doors. No weapon formed against them prospered.

You Are Under Arrest. You've been charged for selling out to Jesus, committing your thoughts to the Lord, and loving the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, strength and soul. If you posted bail after being arrested, I admonition you to turn yourself in. There is a warrant out for your arrest. You were bought with a price and no longer your own. Acts 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being. Jesus paid it all.

Have you submitted to the arrest?

Joshua 22:5 But take diligent heed to do the commandment and the law, which Moses the servant of the Lord charged you, to love the Lord you God, and to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and to cleave unto him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.
