Thirty-Three (33)

Thirty-Three Days left in this new year we once called 2012. No longer new, it had its ups and downs, sorrows and joys, ins and outs, and so much more. 2012 came and now leaving in 33 days. It's not over and it's not too late.

Revisit your goals list, short and long term. Check off the things you accomplished and decide what you can achieve in 33 days. Don't delay and don't be dismayed, you can do it if you really want. Theologians estimate Jesus earthly life to Thirty-Three years. 30 years of preparation plus 3 years of public ministry.

John [3:3], Jesus answered him, "Very truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God without being born from above." It's just 33 days left. Jeremiah [33]:3, "Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known." It's just Thirty plus Three days left.

Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. I John 5:7-8, "This is the one who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ, not with the water only but with the water and the blood. And the Spirit is the one that testifies, for the Spirit is the truth. There are three that testify:  the Spirit and the water and the blood, and these three agree." 2012 is quickly departing right before our eyes in 33 days. What will we do with the 33 days left?

What is the biblical significance of 33

The number 33 is connected to promise or the promises of God. The 33rd time Noah’s name is used in the Bible, God promised to never again destroy the world with a flood and sealed His promise with the sign of the rainbow. Genesis 9:12-16

The 33rd time Abraham’s name is used in God's word Isaac — the child of promise — was born, Isaac. Genesis 21:1-2

The 33rd time Jacob’s name is found in scripture he promised to give a tenth of all he had to God when he had a vision of a ladder reaching to heaven (referred to as Jacob's ladder).
Genesis 28:10-12, 16:22

The significance of thirty-three is also seen at Jesus' age at death, 33, which was the fulfillment of all the prophecies and promises concerning the Savior of man.

The divine name of God, Elohim, appears 33 times in the story of creation found in the opening chapters of Genesis. Number 33 also is a numerical representation of the Star of David (also known as the shield of David) and the numerical equivalent of the word.
